Flower Essences
Life Key Essences is my own range of flower and gem essences that work with the major chakras and minor chakras and the auric levels, helping to gently shift blocks and support healing.
I also works with Bach Flower Remedies, Living Essences of Australia and Shell Essences.
Essential Oils
The essential oils are very gentle and nurturing remedy to work with. The oils access the limbic system to work with our drives, emotions and memories.
I can also create your own personal remedies, creams and body washes using essential oils and flower essences.
