What is Kinesiology

Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) is a complementary therapy that uses muscle testing to identify and locate energy blocks and imbalances that are causing stress within the physical and etheric bodies.

Kinesiology can help with:

Trauma, depression and anxiety
Learning difficulties
Pain
Allergies
Hormonal problems
Stress

Symptomatic stress can show up as allergies, dyslexia, chronic and acute pain, systemic diseases, emotional, physical, genetic stress and so on. However, through monitoring the muscles’ responses, kinesiology bypasses the conscious thinking process to get to the causal factors of an issue. This system enables the body to clear itself at its own pace and priority.

Muscle testing accesses information often not available to the conscious mind, delving into emotions and events in the past as well as the present to gain a better understanding of ourselves and how we function. Once a stress has been corrected, the muscular indicator responds, confirming the change. Anchoring these changes into the Bio Computer in this way gives the brain more information and better strategies if the same or similar situation should occur.

The kinesiology experience is a journey of self-discovery and growth. Defusing limiting beliefs and redefining personal strengths enhances your current skills and opens the way for you to step into your best possible future. As the brain deletes inappropriate reactions based on past experience, you then have the freedom to create your own choices bringing about positive change and balance.

The principles of kinesiology are based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy to regularly support a state of Wellness rather than being motivated to seek help only when we are unwell.

The modality is hard to describe, to understand the process it is best to experience it.  Kinesiology has evolved into a varied technique and each practitioner brings their own skills and interests into their approach.
